Coverly Physical Therapy accepts workman's compensation, automobile accident, medicare, and some private insurance contracts. We also offer discounts for clients who wish to pay privately.

If I don't accept your insurance, I may be able to access your out of network benefits. My clients find the extra expense well worth it when they realize the quality of care which they will receive at Coverly Physical Therapy.

A private pay rate is avaliable for people that do not want or are unable to access their insurance plan. An initial evaluation costs $90.00 and subsequent visits are $70.00 per visit.
